Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. For Visa, Mastercard, Delta, JCB, Maestro and Solo card payments please select the Worldpay option within payment methods.
Shipping And Handling
All orders outside UK mainland will be subject to a transportation quotation before acceptance of order. All UK mainland orders will leave using a sign for goods courier service due to requiring proof of delivery under credit card transactions terms and conditions. Although we shall endeavour to ship your required goods by the method chosen, we shall not however be held responsible for any delays due to low stock at time of ordering, suppliers delays, industrial action and any unforeseen circumstance beyond our control.

Please ensure when signing for goods being delivered that the quantity of packages matches the consignment note, no claims for goods lost in transit will be entertained unless this is observed, goods signed for as unchecked are also excluded from courier insurance.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 21 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will hold back the order until it is complete or ship direct from the supplier's warehouse, if there is a long delay expected then you will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you decide that you wish to receive a part shipment then a carriage charge may be applied to the back order when available.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. Replacement or Repair of faulty goods will be determined from the item fault and elapsed time from date of purchase. Defects not covered would be frost damage, misuse, neglect or natural wear and tear.

Returns Policy
Consumers have the right to cancel an order within 7 working days of delivery, if the consumer cancels an order within this period know as the cooling off period under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000, then the consumer shall undertake the return of all goods in a condition of resale to Wise Water Solutions. The cost of return carriage to be borne by the consumer. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods the consumer will be entitled to a full refund excluding the return carriage.

Surplus equipment will be subject to credit, as long as a copy of the original sales order or invoice accompanies the goods and it falls within our standard stock range, special non-stock products bought or manufactured to order are not subject to credit. It is up to the customer (Trade or Consumer) to return the goods for credit, this will be at their own expense. Please ensure it is of a re-saleable quality, in its original shipped packed quantity (i.e. if items are sold in units of 100 only units of 100 will be subject to credit), if un-saleable goods or part stocking units are returned then the customer will be notified that credit will not be given on those items, the goods will be held for the customers collection for a period of 28 days after notification, if uncollected then it will be deemed no longer required and the items will be disposed of without giving notice and without reprisal to Wise Water Solutions.
